UPDATE: Having only been revealed the day before its release, the Undefeated x Converse One Star colab managed to seriously fly under the radar. Nevertheless, the shoe has landed and with it, an up-close photographical exploration to tantalise your eyeballs. If you're lucky you might still be able to track a pair down, so get clicking!
We are used to colabs dropping with little warning in the current sneakersphere, but this newly-revealed collaboration between and West Coast retailer certainly pushes things to their limit. Announced only the day before release, the Undefeated crew bring us a premium take on the classic .
Constructed with a hairy suede upper and supple leather lining, two colourways have been shown, one white and the other in olive green with a hazard orange outsole (a classic Undefeated combination). Red and blue pinstripes have been added to the midsole, harking back to the Cons of days gone by. The collaborative cosigns are relegated to the grosgrain heel stay, which is adorned with a rubber printed Undefeated logo. Fortunately, simplicity works best on the One Star and both make-ups are stunning examples of this.
