Billionaire Boys Club and Timberland Buzz New Bee Line 6-Inch Boot
The collaborative line between and , known as Bee Line, is putting out its eighth joint effort that’s so far seen reworks of workwear classics plus new-age models. For this latest release, the partners have returned to the essential 6-Inch boot, but have also given it a waterproof rubber wrap.
This modified model first appeared as a special make up for Bee Line back in November 2020. It effectively takes the 6-Inch, already an inherently waterproof model, and gives it even more protection from the elements thanks to a tall rubber wrap. It starts at the junction of the sole and upper, which then wraps up to the toe. For this latest release, there are three options for the wrap: orange, green and black; all of which meet olive nubuck leather, creating an almost military spin on the traditional construction boot. Per Timberland’s sustainability practices, the boots use ‘Better Leather’ that is rated Silver by the Leather Working Group.
There will also be some complementary apparel including fleece and hoodies releasing alongside the shoes.
The Bee Line 6-Inch boot will release on February 11 exclusively from BBC’s retail and web stores around the world, ahead of select Timberland retailers the following week on February 18.
