This year, adidas came through with their next chapter in the sustainable sneaker space called ‘Made To Be Remade’. They’ve designed sneakers that are created to be worn, then returned after use where the Three Stripes will recycle the materials to create something new. The UltraBOOST was the first shoe to receive the treatment and now the TERREX Free Hiker has joined the party!

The adidas TERREX Free Hiker ‘Made To Be Remade’ has been created using no glue or dye for ease of reuse. The whole shoe rocks a natural off-white tone with cushy BOOST midsole down below. Subtle Three Stripes branding has been laid out on each side with TERREX scripted along the ankle.

The most interesting part of the ‘Made To Be Remade’ program is the QR code that’s positioned on the tongue, where you can actually track the recycling journey of your shoes.

The adidas TERREX Free Hiker ‘Made To Be Remade’ will release via Team Trefoil’s site on October 15.
