The Yeezy BOOST 350 V2 has been the meat and potatoes of Kanye West and adidas’ Yeezy line. This year alone, we’ve seen a slew of releases from the ‘ Carbon’ to the ‘ Natural’, and even the ‘ Fade’. Despite the growing number of drops, the BOOST 350 V2 still remains a favourite among Yeezy enthusiasts worldwide, selling out on drop day every single time. Now, with a slew of leaks hinting at 2021 releases, we’re sure that the V2 wave will continue to go strong into next year. Before we can even think about next years growing catalogue of releases, there’s still one Yeezy BOOST to drop in 2020 – the ‘Sand Taupe’.

Originally dubbed the ‘Eliada’, which translates to ‘god knows’, it’s a subtle gesture to Kanye’s very public relationship with Christianity. However, as with a number of the Yeezy BOOST 350 V2s that have surfaced this year, it’s had its name changed, this time to ‘Sand Taupe’, which we think is much more fitting.

There’s no difference in construction on this bad boy, it rocks a full Primeknit upper, with the new Yeezy lacing system securing the foot, and a cushy BOOST-injected midsole that’s been wrapped in a two-tone brown combination. Up top, we’ve got a number of earthy tones, which Kanye is known for, mixed with a pop of orange and a semi-translucent panel along the lateral.

Mark your calendars for December 18, the Yeezy BOOST 350 V2 ‘Sand Taupe’ will be hitting select retailers for $220.
