The Nike Air Tuned Max ‘Midnight Navy’ is Back, Baby!
Originally debuting in 1999, the Air Tuned Max is finally slated to return this year, the OG ‘Midnight Navy’ colourway slated to arrive alongside other classics like the OG ‘Celery’ pair that inspired from 2017.
Released the same year as part of the Swoosh’s forward-thinking Alpha Project, the Air Tuned Max received adulation for being the lightest Air Max ever. Built with a moulded Foamposite heel and full-length Tuned Air cushioning, the Tuned Max made mega waves in the sneaker zeitgeist as the new millennium approached.
Composed in ‘Midnight Navy’, ‘Dragon Red’, and ‘Metallic Silver’, the Air Tuned Max is built with a mix of polished leather and mesh.
