The Nike Air Max 95 OG ‘Neon’ is a Highlight of December’s Releases
It’s been a long, long wait in 2020, but the OG ‘Neon’ retro is finally almost here. Following , Nike have revealed the official images and release dates.
While the teaser made the colours look quite dark, these ecomm shots show things aren’t quite as saturated – which is a good thing. For example, the toe cap isn’t pitch black, rather, it’s more of a dark charcoal grey, per the 1995 OG. And the distinct ‘greydient’ layered upper shows distinct variations in shade from bottom to top. Another major detail that appears to have been accurately replicated on this retro is the shade of ‘Neon’. Last week’s shots made the namesake colour veer towards the highlight yellow end of the colour spectrum, but these Nike images encouragingly show the ‘Neon’ has a healthy shade of radioactive green. Which is just as well, considering it covers the lace loops, Swoosh embroidery, and Air units.
Mark your calendars for a December 17 release via Nike and selected retailers. The odds are looking good to get the W as the Air Max 95 OG ‘Neon’ will be available in full family sizing. A family that glows together, stays together.
