The Nike Air Max 1 ‘Spiral Sage’ is for Wise Sneakerheads
Good news, everyone! The ‘Spiral Sage’ will be seeing a wider release later this month following a small drop at some international stockists . Availability will be through Nike portals, so it will certainly be much easier than dealing with translation websites and parcel forwarding services. Let’s take a closer look at the official shots.
This AM1’s all-leather build earns it the distinction of being a Premium tier upgrade to the heritage Nike runner. It follows the same colour-blocking conventions as the OGs: white and grey with a contrast shade. In this case, ‘Spiral Sage’ coats the mudguard, Swoosh, top eyelet, tongue lining, and heel branding. Additional details usually reserved for primo editions include the mini-Swoosh on the lateral forefoot, and contrast toe bumper on the outsole.
With all of these elements working in tandem, it’s easy to see why there have been some comparisons to the green Patta x Air Max 1 from 2009 that featured similar colours and details. However, the ‘Spiral Sage’ will be a much easier purchase. Plus, it deserves to shine in its own right.
