The Nike Air Max 1 ‘Spiral Sage’ Has Patta Parallels
There are a few conspicuous features on this newly released . Firstly, they’re all leather. And they also have a mudguard mini-Swoosh. But the most obvious is the OG-style green colour-blocking that has more than a passing resemblance to the from 2009.
Regardless of the parallels, these AM1s stand out in their own right. The leather uppers have a smooth grain, and the colours are rich. Matching top eyelets and heel stitching are considered touches. So is the green outsole toe cap. Someone at the Swoosh has been paying attention!
They’re out now (and selling fast!) in Japan via atmos, but expect a global release to follow.
