The Nike Air Max 1 Makes a Splash in Neon
The is about to make a big splash in a neon colourway that’s punctuated by touches of pink, purple, teal, yellow and ‘Volt’. Whispers suggest the build was inspired by the jet ski scene in the 1990s, and it easy to see why, with the vibrant colour combo vibing off wetsuit designs of that era.
The design also features an interesting material mashup, with ripstop panels joining additions of patent leather for a textured build that’s further elevated by the iridescent shine bouncing off the mudguard.
Pairs are expected to launch on September 12, so make sure you’re ready to zoom across to Nike or your favourite Swoosh stockist.
