The Nike  Air Huarache looks all set to tango with a tonal colourway, after official images emerged of this neat rendition. Dressed in a tidy combo of ‘Turf Orange’, ‘Chile Red’, and ‘Orange Frost’, the aesthetic receives contrast from a creamy midsole, and a cork-like finish on the outsole, tongue branding, and heel cage.

This is the latest in a slew of Huaraches to emerge so far in 2021, with this year promising to be a memorable one for the silhouette as it notches its 30th anniversary. After all, Beaverton sure know how to throw a birthday party!

Based on Tinker Hatfield’s ‘less is more’ design language, legend has it that the Huarache was inspired by the neoprene booties found within water skiing boots. And that techno-minimalism is on full display with nylon toe boxes, rubber heel cages, and leather overlays. Down below, cushy EVA foam midsoles with Air technology provide a super smooth ride.

Pairs of this tonal Air Huarache are expected to hit Nike and selected Swoosh stockists very soon.
