The Nike Air Force 1 High Boot Tantalises in ‘Triple Black’Release: TBC
The Nike Air Force 1 High Boot is tantalising in ‘Triple Black’, backing up the red, white and black rendition we saw earlier this week. Like we said then, the so-called ‘winterisation’ of well-known silhouettes has been increasingly popular in recent years, and Nike have given plenty of love to the lofty version of the Uptown in the last month or so – including a couple of GORE-TEX releases.
While those co-branded endeavours included black with a gum sole unit, and ‘Wheat’ with a gum sole unit, this version goes all in on the black, following in the footsteps of that long and beloved tradition of dressing sneakers in ‘Triple Black’. Colourways aside, the design looks very similar to those recent GORE-TEX renditions – minus the ‘GORE-TEX’ branding on the lateral sides. They also wear the special outsole tread, which is expected to give you plenty of traction when inclement weather hits your neck of the woods.
Concrete release details are hard to find right now, but they are expected to hit stores soon, so keep your eyes on Nike and selected Swoosh stockists.
If you like a pimped-out Air Force 1 High, you’ll love this Christmas edition of the timeless baller. Offering the perfect festive flex, it’s well worth the look.
