Jerry Lorenzo’s idiosyncratic Nike Air Fear of God 1 has been generating plenty of hype in the sneakersphere of late.

Debuted by drip-lord and Houston Rockets guard PJ Tucker all the way back in 2018, the latest ‘Noir’ colourway has had a series of delays, the minimalist rendition initially expected to land in February.

Composed with breathable mesh uppers, TPU heel, and a cage reminiscent of the Air Huarache Light, the murdered-out ‘Noir’ rendition is perhaps the best looking colourway yet, the minimalist build allowing the material diversity and sharp design hierarchies to shine through.

Retailing for $350, the Nike Air Fear of God 1 ‘Noir’ lands on April 25.
