Made In USA retro runner, the , is a popular base for collaborations. This momentum continues via a partnership with Korean streetwear brand thisisneverthat, and the upcoming ‘Physical Fitness Uniform 2’ collection.
In line with NB’s penchant for neutral, tonal colour palettes, thisisneverthat’s similarly utilitarian aesthetic results in a primarily tan upper in classic suede and mesh, with additional peddled texture leather on the tongue and ankle collar. Subtle detail: a sliver of olive above the heel counter is super nice. The two-tone grey and white midsole is a 997 signature.
