The New Balance 920 Goes to the Desert
The was injected into the sneakersphere last year, and ever since has received a slew of tasty new combos that have had NB heads clamouring for the Made in UK silhouette. Recently, we were blessed with an between NB and the Metropolitan Transport Authority. A Dover Street Market–exclusive pair, they sold out as soon as they touched the shelves, leaving those who took an L craving more 920 goodness. Lucky for them, New Balance are ready to drop their ‘Desert Scape Pack’ which consists of the we’ve already seen, and this beautiful 920.
As part of the ‘Desert Scape Pack’, this NB comes through with an all-over brown and orange tonal upper, offset with silver splashes and a white midsole down below. As a product of New Balance’s Made in UK line you can probably already guess that this bad boy has come through in premium materials. Similar to the other 920s that have come before it, mesh dominates as the base, with suede and synthetic splashes. The midsole has also been slapped with an ENCAP unit.
The New Balance 920 ‘Desert Scape Pack’ has already reached some retailers, and Bodega is next! Set to release on May 21, you better head to their webstore before they’re all gone.
