The New Balance 1500 Looks Great in Grey

Like so many of New Balance’s revered silhouettes, the 1500 looks great in grey. And the upper of this latest colourway rocks a neat fusion of the brand’s signature grey hues, while light blue outlines the side ‘N’ logos, and also makes an appearance on the tongue. Part of the treasured Made in England range from the Flimby factory, this release adopts the original 1500 shape, while comfort is assured down below thanks to the ENCAP midsole.

The New Balance 1500 debuted way back in 1989, and was the creation of legendary sneaker designer  Steven Smith. It is  considered by many to be the greatest New Balance silhouette of all-time, but that’s obviously something that can be hotly debated amongst OG sneakerheads. With sleek lines, a moulded ENCAP midsole, and that small embroidered ‘N’ logo, this old school runner remains a beloved icon to this day. Fun fact: it was also the running shoe of choice for Bill Clinton when he was in office during the 1990s.

Pairs of this handsome grey New Balance 1500 are exclusively available from mita  sneakers right now.
