The Latest Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT Is a GemRelease: TBC
The Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT has played host to an array of jazzy colourways across recent months, as well Jumpman standards like the recent 'Bred' iteration. Now, it’s fronting up in its lushest scheme yet: a jewel-toned green. Doing away with signature colour-blocking, this Jay is a total affair.
The nubuck upper is awash with mottled emerald green, while forest green underlays on the Swoosh and collar, and turquoise laces bring variation. A crisp white midsole provides a pinch of contrast for this otherwise monochromatic make-up.
In terms of construction, the CMFT moniker isn’t just there for show, the remixed AJ1 wears its extra padded build proudly. Wodges of foam are visible in the raw finish of the tongue and ankle-adjacent panels, and the Zoom-loaded sole unit brings premium cush-under-foot. But Jordan Brand haven’t stopped there, stripping out excess weight for a lighter build.
Finally, a Zoom Air-branded tongue tab supplants the usual ‘Nike Air’ label to signify this AJ1’s reworked status.
