The Jordan Centre Court Pinpoints Some Pink
The has been quietly going about its business ever since last year’s high-profile debut in ESPN’s super popular The Last Dance. While a lucky few copped Friends and Family pairs of the OG colourway back in May 2020, everyone else had to of the same year for the public drop.
Earlier this month, some hit shelves, and now we have this black and pink combo that is arguably the most interesting of the options provided so far. The mostly black design sits atop a ‘Sail’ sole unit, but the pink additions are the real highlight – emerging through the perforations that appear all over the upper, and also hitting the suede heel panels.
The Centre Court was first spotted last year by eagle-eyed observers when the low-cut silhouette appeared on the feet of MJ himself during some of the interviews for The Last Dance, a wildly successful documentary series that chronicled the GOAT’s NBA career with the rampaging Chicago Bulls.
Pairs of these black and pink Centre Courts are expected to hit Nike and selected Jordan Brand stockists quite soon. We’ll let you know if an official release date is announced before then.
