The Inside-Out adidas 'XZ 0006' Arrives in the Iconic 'Aqua' Colourway
Part of the ongoing A-ZX series, the playful remix of the fan-favourite known as the ‘XZ 0006’ returns in the iconic ‘Aqua’ colourway, a long-standing scheme in storied sneaker lineup. We’ve seen the configuration on a range of Three Stripes models of late, including a for the golf course, and this latest addition will undoubtedly please the purists.
The silhouette is loosely inspired by X-rays, with many of the panels on the upper done in a see-through style, while the upper overlays provide a translucent peek at what sits beneath. Additionally, there’s the familiar bright yellow stripes and forefoot accents we’ve all come to expect, however, they’ve been flipped around to elevate the inside-out look. Further deconstructed details include the exposed stitching throughout, as well as the exposed foam on the heel counter and near the dubrae. The sole unit comes through in a matching aqua tone, with a black outsole for contrast.
Turn that frown upside down! The XZ 0006 in ‘Aqua’ releases via adidas on May 16.
