The Haven x New Balance 990v5 is Greyed-Out Perfection

Almost as soon as the went out for the x , the full reveal has hit the feed. As expected, it’s a premium execution with upgraded materials like CORDURA and Horween Leather.

The upper’s mesh is an upgraded CORDURA type, woven with reflective elements in the toe box. This hides panelling that would normally sit on top, so it’s a stealthy look. Inside, Horween Leather makes the lining super plush, and is a deserved level up. The dark midsole against lighter upper is also an uncommon but well executed touch.
