Japanese retailer CLUCT have linked up with countrymen mita sneakers to revitalise the Airwalk skate shoe range, coming through with a minimal black and white sneaker that nods to Airwalk’s heyday.
Dubbed the Scorch, the new collaborative sneaker has a chunky silhouette that nods to the late 1990s/early 2000s skate favourites. Aptly-placed flame panelling hits the toe box, extending to the rear, where a subtle embroidered Airwalk logo hides among the black tones. The darkness of the suede upper is offset with a white sole unit and contrasting branding on the tongue.
Releasing alongside a co-branded apparel capsule, the CLUCT x mita sneakers x Airwalk Scorch SP is available now from CLUCT for JP¥ 15,984 (approx. $140).
