The Air Jordan 4 ‘Shimmer’ Adopts Off-White Aesthetic

The Air Jordan 4 continues to enjoy perpetual relevance in the sneaker industry, the 1989 silhouette tapped by everyone from Union L.A. to Off-White of late.

Recently heating up our calendars in ‘University Blue’, the classic AJ4 is now being teased in a ‘Shimmer’ colourway, the pale palette similar in composition to the much-hyped Off-White ‘Sail’ remix.

Belonging to the Jordan Brand’s ever-expanding WMNS line-up, the Air Jordan 4 ‘Shimmer’ is built with classic nubuck uppers. Adopting a ‘Shimmer’, ‘Bronze Eclipse’, ‘Orange Quartz’, and ‘Metallic Silver’ composition, the silhouette is emblazoned with the kind of Off-White-esque translucent wings. A metallic Jumpman on the tongues completes the design.

Look for the Air Jordan 4 WMNS ‘Shimmer’ to release on September 3. The retail price tag is set at $190.
