The Air Jordan 1 Mid Goes for ‘Hyper Royal’
Release: TBC

The Air Jordan 1 Mid is continuing its low-key run into 2021, the occasionally neglected rendition of the legendary AJ1 carving a solid niche of its own in recent times. And that strong performance has been in large part thanks to colourways like this one: a black and ‘Hyper Royal’ build that’s been spliced by a clean white midsole. Originally spotted back in October last year, the design leverages the Air Jordan 1’s enviable range of colour-blocking options to deliver a bold finish that will add versatility to your Jumpman rotation.

Pairs of this ‘Hyper Royal’ Air Jordan 1 Mid are expected to hit stores soon, which means you need to keep a close eye on Nike and selected Jumpman stockists.

The Air Jordan 1’s enduring supremacy on the sneaker scene has been somewhat challenged over the last 12 months by the surging Dunk – both the Nike and the Nike SB editions. The two basketball stars from the 80s have each presented solid cases throughout the year, so we recently pitted two of our writers against each other to decide once and for all which model is the biggest icon in the game. Consider the conflicting arguments here, and then make your decision!
