The adidas UltraBOOST gets a Climacool update

BOOSTheads, rejoice! The is finally getting an update we can all get around.

The recently announced UltraBOOST Clima will hit shelves as part of adidas’ Spring line-up. And, as the name suggests, the shoe will now come equipped with a reconstructed Climacool upper, more akin to the .

The rest of the shoe stays faithful to the tried-and-true design of its predecessors. However, the Clima’s porous fabric is even extended to the cage, meaning you can flex those Three Stripes and still stay breezy.

The move to ditch the all-too-familiar Primeknit upper will surely attract some heat amongst the BOOST community. But if you ask us, we say the update is a welcome cool change after an extended UltraBOOST heatwave.

The adidas UltraBOOST Clima will likely make its retail debut in 2016’s first quarter. We’ll keep you posted!
