The adidas UltraBOOST DNA Joins the Chinese New Year Lion Dance
Chinese New Year is slowly approaching, and while we’re all keen for the festivities, it's the kicks that we're most excited about! Every CNY sneaker brands the world over pop-off with heater silhouettes decked out in celebratory makeups. have now chimed into the conversation with not one, not two, but three centred around the traditional Chinese ‘Lion Dance’.
All three pairs have been composed using The Three Stripes’ signature Primeknit as the base with the usual cage overlays. However, this time adidas have gone for the premium look by reworking them with leather and adding scale-like detailing. Specialised touches include tassels on the heel, graphic tongue label and insoles adding to the CNY theme.
So far, we’ve got three combos, a Black/Solar Green/Bold Green, Cloud White/Core Black/Solar Yellow and finally a Core Black/Solar Red/Solar Green. Which one will you be rocking when you celebrate next year?
