TEDxPortland Has a Special Nike Air Trainer 1
TEDxPortland 2019 is here and, to celebrate, the event has linked up with Nike for its latest pair of exclusive kicks.
This year's drop comes in the form of an exclusive take on the classic Air Trainer 1. Naturally, nods to the TEDx Talks abound, and the grey/white/red/black colourway is accompanied by a bevy of special details. While TEDxPortland logos grace the tongues, dots on the heel are an homage to the idea of 'connecting the dots'. Each shoe also features 'SPREAD IDEAS' text across the collar, as well as custom insoles.
Per usual, the kicks will be given to speakers, performers and volunteers at the event. This time, however, attendees will also have an opportunity to cop pairs at the event, and all proceeds will go towards attendee ticket scholarships for 2020's installment.
