These Swarovski Air Jordan 1s Will Cost $1000

Rumours have surfaced that 2025 will host the release of a $1000 , and yes, that is the retail pricing. The reason for the ludicrous cost is the slew of Swarovski crystals that dress the overlays and Swoosh; however, the image from @zsneakerheadz is just a mock-up, so it’s uncertain where the crystals will be placed and how many exactly there will be. It looks like the actual base of the model will be in a monochrome dark grey, with hits of white coming through on the branding.

This isn’t the first time Swarovski crystals have graced a sneaker of course, with the bedazzling effect hitting every brand from to , , and . These iterations usually sit around the $300–$400 mark, bar Pharrell Williams’s LV iteration that was over $6k, so it’s unclear why this AJ1 is going to be on the market for $1000. It could be that there are an insane number of crystals used; however, was completely covered in the tiny gems, with a total of 1300 used, and they still only hit the wallet at $300. Since there’s only mock-ups and rumours at this stage, we will have to wait and see what else makes these Air Jordans so special (let’s hope it’s not just inflation…).
