Stussy x Nike Air Force 1 Colab Finally Releasing
Even in the face of adversity in the form of early leaks and fake pairs, have stayed their collaborative course and waited to announce their latest collaboration with . This time the long-time partners are releasing a duo of tonal takes on the , plus matching apparel.
Per the leaks that have been doing the rounds on the internet, these AF-1s feature uppers, reprising the same material used on the earlier colab. Aside from the all-over material change up, there are some additional branding details that elevate this colab from a typical logo slap. The Swoosh is entirely embroidered, running into custom branded heel tabs. Tongue labels are replaced with Stussy’s World Tour tag, and there is a very subtle double S monogram stitched into the toe box.
Two colourways will be on offer, ‘Fossil Stone’ and ‘Black’. The release will be staggered across December 11 and 12 at Stussy’s Chapter stores, their webstore, and select Dover St Market locations, depending on the region. Some co-branded apparel will be available alongside the AF-1s, plus a pair of Benassi slides. There currently isn’t any official confirmation regarding a Nike drop, but it’s likely that will come in the following days.
