Update August 2, 2022: Stussy have released additional images of their new Nike Air Max 2013 collaboration ahead of its launch on August 5. They've also confirmed that Dover Street Market will be carrying the colab.

Update July 29, 2022: Stussy have officially announced their upcoming Nike Air Max 2013 collaboration via a short film highlighting the airy qualities of the model, backed by J Dilla's (RIP) 'Gobstopper'. They'll be releasing from Stussy in North America, the UK and Europe on August 5. Japan and Korea will see the drop the following day.

Stussy and Nike have been co-conspirators since 2000, when a Michael Kopelman-designed Air Huarache was released exclusively at the Stussy London chapter store. That means their collaborative efforts are old enough to buy a drink in the USA! Over two decades in, the partnership is still as exciting as ever, and its latest instalment is a bunch of new hybrid Air Max silhouettes that combine elements of the Air Max 2013 and the Air Max 2015.

A 'Fossil' pair was unveiled back in June, and now two more colourways have surfaced: bright bubblegum pink and stark black. Shown off in an Instagram post from @cakenotcrumbs, the styles are vastly different from the 'Fossil' — each opts for a mesh upper instead of hemp and traditional translucent Air cushioning units appear underfoot instead of the matted-out iteration seen on the 'Fossil.' The mix of sport-casual styles is a continuation of the ethos Stussy established on their Air Zoom Spiridon Cage colabs from 2020 and the Air Force 1 Low/ Air Force 1 Mid offerings they produced in 2020 and 2022.

No information on a release date is available at the time of writing, but all three pairs should be available through Nike and Stussy before the year is out.
