New Balance Expand Shohei Ohtani Line-Up With Latest Footwear Capsule
has dropped its latest footwear range tied to , adding to the brand’s ongoing rollout with the L.A. Dodgers superstar. Since joining the label just over two years ago, the Japanese pitcher has steadily built out his footwear and apparel catalogue, with his most recent release arriving in the form of a 990v6.
Still, the newest three-part from the Boston brand capsule features a new colourway of Ohtani’s FuelCell Ohtani 1 Trainer in 'Bisque' with navy and royal blue hits, alongside a pair of cleats in the same palette. Also included is the Minimus TR V2, a gym-focused evolution of New Balance’s trail series with smoother paneling and a fresh sole unit. A 'Sea Salt/Navy/White' treatment anchors the colourway, complete with a multi-colour insole and Shohei branding underfoot.
