The has enjoyed a strong resurgence over the past year or so, with faithful reproductions of OG colourways and period-correct details. Now that it’s comfortable in the retro roster, the Swoosh have decide to go a little experimental.
This edition maintains the rough suede panelling associated with 1970s runners, but substitutes the nylon or mesh base for translucent TPE textile, similar to that used on the . Golden tones and a maroon Swoosh speed up the aged look, while the see-through finish and crisp white sole are anachronisms that complete the interesting package.
