Salomon Deck the ACS Pro Advanced In 'Lunar Rock'
After reviving the – a turn-of-the-century trail sneaker from 2001 that hadn't been seen in two decades – in December 2021, have given the retrofuturistic offroad runner a new 'Lunar Rock/Quiet Shade/Goji Berry' colourway that melds earth tones with pops of sporty colour.
The acronym in the ACS Pro Advanced's name comes from its Agile Chassis System, a piece of Salomon tech designed to let the wearer remain light on their feet while still reaping the benefits of offroad support and stability. The top half features upgraded Kurim tech as well, increasing the durability of the shoe while also enhancing its breathability in tandem with Air Flow tech. There's also a speed lacing system anchored by metallic silver eyestays and rugged Contragrip tech on the outsole.
From a colour standpoint, this ACS Pro Advanced is mostly covered in dark grey 'Lunar Rock' and light grey 'Quiet Shade', but red 'Goji Berry' hits make their presence felt on the heel and midsole. Plenty of silver and black hits can be seen on the midfoot, dual heel tabs, forefoot branding and more!
