Release Date: Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clog ‘Yoke’
Clog collaborations continue to stomp across the market in a variety of colourways in 2023. Previously arriving in renditions such as ‘Urchin’, ‘Cobbler’, and ‘Sasquatch’, the NYC designer is now cracking a few eggs to create the ‘Yoke’ colourway.
Like previous iterations, the Crocs Pollex Clog is a ‘utilitarian exploration of form and function’. Composed of three of Bembury's signature fingerprints merged together, the silhouette features dramatic concave ridges and removable canvas straps at the ankles (for both ‘Trail’ and ‘Free’ modes).
Notably, there are less ventilation holes than traditional Crocs variations, although here they are more strategically placed in ‘high-heat’ areas. The collaboration also marks the first time Crocs have ventured into closed-heel territory.
Of course, the Crocs Pollex Clog ‘Yoke’ is hard to miss, and there’s no doubting where the colourway derives its inspiration.
