Salehe Bembury Releases Two More Crocs Saru Mules: 'Citrine' and 'Geneva'
has quickly become a hot name in the sneakersphere, having got his big break as the vice president of sneakers and men’s footwear at Versace in 2017; however, he is now most well-known for his brightly coloured, down-to-earth and colabs. Fresh off teasing his latest on the , it’s now been revealed by the Alchemist that there are two more colourways of the Crocs Saru Mule on the way.
Initially debuted earlier this year, the Saru Mule takes on the same design and feel of the Pollex Clog, but of course in a slip-on mule version. There’s no strap for sports mode, but it does have extra structural padding at the heel for comfort and stability. First releasing in Bembury’s usual earthy-inspired tones, , , and , the fresh colourways carry on the theme albeit a little big brighter. The first is a gloriously lemon ‘Citrine’ that harks back to Crocs’ OG colours, and the second is a sleek blue ‘Geneva’. Both of course feature Bembury’s touch, with the fingerprint build on the sole for traction and a little oomph.
The Salehe Bembury x Crocs Saru Mule in ‘Citrine’ and ‘Geneva’ are set to drop via Bembury’s on July 11, 2024. The previous colours retailed for $75 and are now double that on resale, so don’t sleep on it if you want a pair.
