While we wait with bated breath for the to self-lace its way into our lives, we can make do with some on-foot shots of Ronaldo rocking the . On a recent tour with Nike through China, the superstar footballer was spotted wearing a black pair sporting a red Swoosh and white sole unit – a colourway we haven’t seen before.
Ronaldo's annual salary could afford him 62,500 pairs of the exxy sneakers; however, Nike promise the 2.0 iteration will be more affordable for the average punter, meaning weekly earnings of $475,000 USD won't be necessary to procure a pair or two.
There's still no word on the HyperAdapt 2.0's expected release date but we'll be hot onto an update when new surfaces.
