Releasing Soon: adidas UltraBOOST DNA 5.0 in Core Black/Cloud White
The legend of the continues with yet another rendition of the new-school DNA version set to release soon. Boasting an eye-pleasing Core Black/Cloud White scheme, the latest colourway keeps things simple yet energetic, with a variety of knit patterns working to create a lively look.
As always, Primeknit makes up the uppers, complemented with some sustainable PRIMEBLUE material for an updated feel. The forefoot is knitted in a flecked manner split by two wavy stripes, while the midfoot uses more familiar horizontal stripes. The heel area boasts a square pattern, as the traditional side cage and heel clip come through with the adidas branding. Down below, white BOOST midsoles and black Continental rubber outsoles complete the look in standard fashion. Those with a keen eye will notice similarities between this colourway and the popular ‘3M’ version from the 1.0 days, but we suspect these will be an easier cop…
The adidas UltraBOOST DNA 5.0 in Core Black/Cloud White is scheduled for release via the adidas webstore on February 10. Expect to fork out a standard $180 for a pair.
