Skate legend is one of the OGs of , and the duo are coming together to celebrate their 15-year anniversary, unveiling a new rendition of the .
‘In a world of 15 seconds, 15 years is truly something special,’ said Busenitz. ‘I’m looking forward to another 15 years of fun with adidas Skateboarding through travelling, skating and making good shoes.’
Inspired by an iconic indoor squash model from the 80s, the Busenitz Indoor Super is reimagined for skateboarding, arriving in a streamlined designed with high-performance enhancements for the board. Guided by Busenitz’s creative vision and critical insight, the Busenitz Indoor Super arrives in a flexible perforated suede upper for extended durability, alongside nylon overlays and a canvas tongue held in place by elastic tongue stabilisers for a secure fit. Receiving a breathable mesh lining throughout, the silhouette sports a classic rubber patterned sole for added support and ultimate board control down below. The black/gold/red scheme is understated, and is highlighted with roman numerals ‘X’ and ‘V’ on the heel tab to symbolise the 15-year milestone.
The adidas Skateboarding x Busenitz Indoor Super retails for $100 and will be available from August 7.
