Release Details: The New Balance KAWHI ‘Moreno Valley’
and the L.A. Clippers will be looking to make more of an impact in La La Land this post-season, having infamously blown a 3–1 lead against the Denver Nuggets last year.
And Kawhi will be hoping his signature line can elevate his team to new Playoff heights, the KAWHI ‘Moreno Valley’ paying homage to the superstar’s hometown. Emblazoned with the official seal of the City of Moreno Valley on the tongue (a seal personally secured from the city council by Kawhi), the colourway resembles the stunning southern California sky.
Kawhi’s influence will also move way beyond the sneaker, teaming up with New Balance and the NBA 2K Foundation to provide a basketball court and playground at Moreno Valley’s Weston Park.
Look for the New Balance KAWHI ‘Moreno Valley’ to release on June 1. The retail price tag is set at $160 USD.
