Release Details: The Nike SB Dunk High ‘Hawaii’
4/20 sneakers continue to inspire some of the most coveted colourways in the industry, the celebration of all things marijuana-related recently producing classics like the ‘Reverse Skunk’ and ‘Strawberry Cough’.
Nike SB are lighting things up yet again with their ‘Hawaii’, the beachside colourway inspired by the famous Maui Wowie (aka Maui Waui) marijuana strain. Composed in a classic Hawaiian shirt–inspired upper, the Dunk employs tear-away materials that reveal a grassy, 4/20-approved green suede.
Ostensibly taking notes from 2004’s Dunk Low ‘Aloha’, and even the legendary ‘Skunk Dunks’, the ‘Hawaii’ is poised to become a classic in sneakerhead and stoner circles alike.
Of course, hemp-like tongues and Swooshes add the final seal of approval for 4/20. And the stash pocket? You know it! Down below, a burst of orange hits the tongue tags atop a white midsole and ‘Sail’ rubber outsole.
The Nike SB Dunk High ‘Hawaii’ is scheduled to land on April 23. The retail price is $120.
