Release Details: CLOT x sacai x Nike LDWaffle ‘Cool Grey’

Following the recent on-foot snaps of the latest collaborative effort between CLOT, sacai and Nike, release details have now come through.

The LDWaffle ‘Cool Grey’ is the second colourway that the trio have worked on, with a ‘Kiss of Death’–inspired ‘Orange Blaze’ having dropped last month. This fresh new take on sacai’s sneakersphere-defining silhouette is actually part of a wider pack containing seven LDWaffle colourways in collaboration with Fragment Design, CLOT, and UNDERCOVER.

Similar to its predecessor, the CLOT x sacai x Nike LDWaffle ‘Cool Grey’ switches up the materials. Most of the shoe opts for slightly translucent mesh, with welded panels and side Swooshes instead of the usual stitched fabric – exuding a more modernised vibe.

Boasting two tongues, the rear opts for a green contrast touch, matching the tri-branded heel logo and insole graphics. If you look closely, you can also see that the top half of the midsole has been given a speckled effect. The finishing touches include the two-tone lace option and gum outsole.

The CLOT x sacai x Nike LDWaffle ‘Cool Grey’ will be a hard release to catch. SNKRS have listed October 9 as their release date, however, raffles are open right now at retailers such as JUICE and Naked.
