Release Date: AMBUSH x Nike Dunk High ‘Deep Royal’
Earlier in the week, co-founder Yoon Ahn shared a clean of a brand new colourway of the brand’s collaborative . While hype started to brew, added into the mix to stir the pot even further, dubbing the shoe ‘Deep Royal’. With the moniker in place and an official look at the upcoming crep secured, Ahn decided today would be the day to drop the bomb of a release date!
We weren’t expecting much change in terms of construction for this Dunk High. The upper has been doused completely in leather, with the Swoosh on either side being accentuated, protruding at the rear. In classic AMBUSH x Nike Dunk style, the heel has also been switched up, with the overlays extending longer than the underlays.
The colourway is comprised of a white base that extends to the midsole with splashes of ‘Deep Royal’ and sprinkles of black, mainly on the medial and lateral branding. AMBUSH make their mark loudly on the heel, but also on the dual logo tongue and on the box.
