The sneakersphere loves any reason to celebrate, including annually commemorated global festivities. Case in point: Valentine’s Day. Every year when February rolls around, top-tier brands are there to spread the love, dressing everyone’s favourite silhouettes in the theme of Cupid’s big day.

Then, there are those annual celebrations that aren’t exactly earmarked the same way as others. One of those is, of course, April 20. That doesn’t mean brands don’t get around celebrating it – after all, many sneakerheads love a weed-themed 4/20 sneaker! One of the most recent memorable drops was adidas’ Campus 80s ‘Towelie’, which was inspired by the marijuana smoking towel. When exposed to UV rays, Towelie’s eyes even began to droop.

This year, Reebok are among the first to come out with 4/20 kicks, dropping a four-pack of ‘psychedelic kicks inspired by recreational subcultures’. Officially dubbed ‘Recreational Activities’, the foursome includes the Nano X3 Training, Classic Leather, Pump TZ and the Beatnik. Across the board, each pair has either been designed to get you relaxed, feeling groovy and elevated, or take you on a trip down memory lane.

Look out for Reebok’s ‘Recreational Activities’ pack to release on April 1 via Reebok’s webstore.
