Reebok continue to pump out new versions of the Allen Iverson Question Mid collection. The next juicy colourway is the ‘Free Agency’ and it will pour into the hands of retro fans before the year is up.

The Question Mid was one of Allen Iverson’s first signature sneakers. Launched in 1996, the silhouette was most notably the first of his shoes adorned with the Vector logo. What’s most intriguing about the design is while it’s closely affiliated with Iverson’s rookie season, Reebok designer Xavier Jones revealed that AI wasn’t actually a fan of the original pair due to a pronounced toecap seam and an elevated heel. In response, Reebok modified the model to better suit athleticism. Despite this, the shape is more popular as a lifestyle sneaker in recent years and remains a popular retro today.

For this iteration of the classic, the colour palette consists of a white tumbled leather upper. The titular purple hue coats the nubuck toe cap while also accenting the heel and lace locks. The juicy shade is also splashed across the translucent outsole and the midsole’s Hexalite cushioning. Final finishing details including a golden treatment of the Reebok branding on the pull tab, tongue, medial, and lateral sides, with Iverson’s number 3 on the heel.

The Reebok Question Mid 'Free Agency' will hit select stores and Reebok.com on December 1 for $170.
