Reebok Honours Gary Warnett with a Gwarizm Tribute
It was around that the sneaker community tragically lost Gary Warnett, a longtime contributor to Sneaker Freaker. His friends haven’t forgotten the great man, with releasing the Air Span II GW on what would have been his 40th birthday.
Close friends Simone Smyth and Sneakersnstuff buyer Mubi Ali have also teamed-up to create this Ripple Low. Elements have been drawn from . Arrows pay homage to English prison uniforms as a nod to the Classic Leather footprint, which is infamous for showing up at crime scenes.
For complete authenticity, Smyth also convinced Reebok to bring back branding that hasn’t been seen since the model’s original run. Gary's hometown of Bedford is printed on the insoles, while his legendary Gwarizm logo features on the tongue.

Appropriately, the ‘GWARIZM’ Reebok Workout Ripple Low will be gifted exclusively to Warnett’s friends and family. Let's hope they stay there and we don't see them end up in the hands of flippers.
