Catch the Power That’s Inside Pokémon’s New Clarks Torhills
are back with another colab. Last year, the UK icons had fans of footwear and the highest grossing media franchise of all time throwing Pokéballs to scoop up the . For Clarks' second colab with the anime franchise they’ve sculpted four character colourways of a new Clarks silhouette, the Torhill.
The four shoes take the form of some of the most popular and iconic Pokémon: Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Pikachu. The Torhill itself is a hybrid shape, fusing elements of the Wallabee and the 90s Born Gripper. Each colourway is dressed in the colour of its respective character: orange, green, blue, and yellow. They also feature pixelated stitched graphics on the heel and character symbols on the tongue, a clear homage to the anime’s long-running Nintendo game series.
There’s a rich tapestry of Pokémon sneaker colabs. Alongside the Clarks release, last year delivered a from PUMA and a four-pack from . And those are just the tip of the iceberg for the long history of sneakers based on Satoshi Tajiri’s creations.
