Official Shots: The Slam Jam x Nike Dunk High ‘Clear Black’ Release: 30 October 2020
Founded by Luca Benini in 1989, Slam Jam set up in Ferrara to provide Italians with an underground store that featured some of the hottest brands on planet earth (Slam Jam was the first store in Italy to sell American brands like Stussy).
Hot on the heels of the Nike Dunk ‘Light Grey’ pair that landed earlier this month, we’ve now got some official shots of the Nike Dunk ‘Clear Black’.
Loaded with details, the silhouette is manufactured on a white leather base and black suede overlays. Meanwhile, the Swoosh is rendered in a smoky plastic sheath, the design reaching around the heel with a Slam Jam logo emblazoned on the spine.
Two tone laces add further visual hierarchy to the design, while perforated quarter panels and a flipped Nike logo on the tongue altogether deliver one of the more idiosyncratic Dunks of this year.
Look for the Slam Jam x Nike Dunk High ‘Clear Black’ to land on October 30 for $120.
