Official Reveal: PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Air Force 1 ‘Para-Noise 2.0’
K-pop superstar is continuing his partnership with , coming through with the PEACEMINUSONE x . Originally slated for September, the uber-hyped drop has officially been unveiled, with a global release now imminent.
Manufactured with wear-away panels on the white leather uppers, this AF-1 reveals G-Dragon’s own personal artwork underneath. Black daisy flowers are embroidered on the tongues, while the sole unit is brushed with an industrial streak of black paint.
According to Nike, G-Dragon views self-actualisation as a way through challenging times – a mindset he calls ‘Youtopia’. In this latest collaboration, as the white upper gives way to his painting, each wearer creates an individual aesthetic based on the way they rock their pair.
‘Even though everything is uncertain these days, we shouldn’t stop expressing ourselves as the way we are, and creating our own world,’ says G-Dragon. ‘With these footsteps being connected, we will find our utopia spreading in front of our eyes. I dream of every one of you expressing yourselves freely in the Youtopia that you create for yourselves.’
Look for the PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Air Force 1 ‘Para-Noise 2.0’ to release on November 25 at select retailers.
