Official Images: The Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Camcorder’
Inspired by the iconic Sony handheld VX1000, the ‘Camcorder’ is the latest design from Nike SB’s all-conquering skate division.
Immortalised by the skate community, the VX1000 is known for its fish-eye lens and durability, the technology still providing the perfect companion for skate videos.
Emblazoned with references to the beloved tech, the SB Dunk features print such as ‘SHUTTER SPEED’, ‘WHT BAL’, ‘REC LEVEL’ and ‘PEAK’, while the eyelets highlight the distinctive pause and record buttons.
In terms of material, the Nike SB is manufactured with classic premium leather, the composition again taking cues from the classic grey, black and white technology symptomatic of the 1990s. A smokey translucent grey midsole completes the design.
Look for the Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Camcorder’ to land on February 20 at Orange Label skate shops in Europe and Asia. Unfortunately, due to production issues, the ‘Camcorder’ will not receive a US release.
