The NOCTA x Nike Air Zoom Drive 'Summit White' Drops This Week

Updated February 12, 2024: After previewing official images of the black pair late last year, we’re now getting an official look at the NOCTA x Nike Air Zoom Drive ‘White/Black’. Much like the black version, this pair sees Drake offer up another monochromatic take on the 2000s silhouette, although the lighter colour does lend itself better to showing off the textured upper. The shoe is also set to retain its reflective detailing in line with the black pair. Grab a look at the sneaker here and stay tuned for more release info as it comes in.
The x collaborative partnership continues to grow and the two have more in store in 2024 as they’re linking up on the Nike Air Zoom Drive.
The Nike Air Zoom Drive originally debuted in 2000 as a part of Nike’s Alpha Project line and falls in line with the current mesh runner trend. NOCTA opts for a murdered-out look, using black on the reflective mesh upper and leather overlays with hits of white and silver throughout. NOCTA branding is seen on the pulltabs on the tongue and heel with the Swoosh placed on the lateral side of the forefoot. While the heel may look like a regular Air unit at first glance, the Air Zoom Drive uses a visible Zoom unit in the heel with another Zoom unit placed in the forefoot as a black and white midsole and outsole finish off the sneaker.
