Nike's Uptempo Arrives In First Women's Only Colourway
Scottie Pippen’s time-honoured has been spotted in a few feminine colourways, but this ‘Barely Green’ is the first to come in women’s specific sizing. Ever since Pippen wore them to secure his second Olympic gold in Atlanta’s 1996 games, the sneakers have been adored by men and women alike – but now it’s giving some much deserved love to an underrepresented group of sneakerheads.
To credit, they didn’t simply slap baby pink on the kick and call it a day. They’ve dressed the Uptempo with a watery green that's spread everywhere on the leather upper, broken only by bold Air branding and embroidered Swooshes.
