Nike's Air VaporMax Mid is Coming

Images have surfaced online showing what appears to be a Mid, and they've left us scratching out heads. At first glance, the ankle hugging mid-cut collar, as well as the nylon webbing lacing system, have a similar look to many of Nike’s recent outdoor remixes.

It even looks like the lugs on the outsole have been beefed up a little for all-terrain traction. But would you really want to risk pitting those bulging bubble soles up against the rogue tree branches and wayward scree that you’ll encounter in the wild? We’re yet to confirm the poppability of the VaporMax first hand, but we have heard plenty of rumours. With that said, we do think the mid-cut Max is a fresh look, so fingers crossed the Swoosh have beefed up those sidewalls.
